This has to have been posted somewhere already and I somehow missed it or have forgotten about it. It's video of Sheila Cameron from Freekatie talking about TomKat. Parts of it are funny and other parts are, well, disturbing. LOL!

Good lord! Check out the footage of the way TomKat acted when they announced their engagement! Katie opens her mouth so wide it looks like her face is gonna crack open. Frankly, she looks like she's severly mentally-retarded or something. What a spectacle! It's embarrassing and cringe-worthy...and yet funny. Such is life! :P

I don't recall seeing this before either, almond. It's... it's... its.. something you might expect from an adolescent. Love that site, and wish I had more time to play there.

I strongly suspect, very strongly suspect: Church of Scientology PR campaign to get CoS out of the doldrums they've been in well before Tom jumped the couch. One of Dave Touretezky's siglines says a lot: "No wonder Scientology hates the internet." They tried to "outcreate" the critics on the net several years ago, and failed.

Celebrity Scientologists are about all they've got left, and it's a desperate move, utterly transparent, and what happens to Tom and Katie in all of this doesn't really matter to them imo. Not when the whole future of the planet rests on Scientology triumphing over the eveil Psychs! Whoa Xenu! Lawd have mercy!

Katie "converted" within what, 6 weeks? Hell, most religions won't LET you "convert" until after a decent period of studying their scriptures and understanding them to your liking. After which, okay, you're sincere and aren't making a commitment you're not fully informed about, or might regret. I don't know of any religion that a) sends out its celebrities to recruit people, and b) accepts new members in a matter of weeks.

I'm trying to picture the Saudi Arabians granting a visa for the once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage to Mecca to a Muslim growing up in the environment of another religion who's only been practising for six weeks! Can't see it happening! Well said, Kerry!

How much money would this kind of publicity buy? I think part of what will be the 'Church's' eventual downfall is that the $cientos think they're so right they can't see anything else. They can't see the negative publicity, or they don't care if it's outweighed by an increase in their coffers, or they think all publicity is good publicity. It might take 10, 20 or 50 years, but one day $cientology will be caught up in a scandal that will completely discredit it. I say all it takes is one moron at the helm after David Miscavige!

I should've put this in 'Predictions'!

ROFL! But couldn't you just put a Burka on and mix in? Do they have check points? If so - hee - talk about gridlock! :P

I have the feeling they'd respect my right to wear the burqa, but would still check my passport for the appropriate visa (which is hard to get for the Hajj, you have to have your imam or whatever sign to say you're a practising Muslim), or possibly have segregated areas to go through.

But it does remind me, I think Sacha Baron Cohen has been engaged for a long time to an Australian actress, but they're waiting until she's fully converted to Judaism before the wedding.

Cohen's engaged to Isla Fisher who started her celluloid career in I think it was Neighbors, or Home and Away, Australian TV nighttime 1/2 hour soapies for teenyboppers but it's surprising how many adults watch them. LOL! I hear Neighbors is a big hit in the U.K., or was. It's all about young lurve and a few older folks thrown in as wise sages or bad examples. Fisher had a brief role at the end of I Heart Huckabees, replacing Naomi Watts' character. I thought Fisher was good.

Tom Cruise and Catherine Zeta-Jones fight penguins and hoods in a Da Vinci Code spoof. (ok, not the "real" Tom Cruise but cartoon Tom). 7 parts of fun.

warning: there are slight jabs at Tom and Scientology. If you get offended easily, don´t watch (but Tom does the jabs himself!).

... somehow I don´t think anyone on this board will have troubles.

Black humor, that is:

"Taking some time out of their crazy schedules, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes treated their daughter Suri to an exciting night at the Super Bowl.

The “Mission: Impossible” stud and his “Mad Money” babymama looked to be having a marvelous time as they toted their adorable 3-year-old and Tom’s son Connor around the Sun Life Stadium in Miami, Florida."

PICS HERE: http://www.celebrity-gossip.net/celebri ... un-215174/

I'm sorry. It's really obvious when everyone has been ORDERED to smile. Cameron, in the background, however, says it all. And further apologies, sine when do 4 year olds think of a night out at a Super Bowl football game is a "treat?" :help:
